Warranty

All EmPacks are made from Military Grade 1000D Cordura Nylon and skillfully created in Denver, Colorado. They should be able to withstand any workout you can throw at them! If you do have an issue with an EmPack we are more than happy to do everything we can to get you back to training as soon as possible.

If for any reason you would like to return your EmPack the details of our return/exchange and repair warranty are below:

Warranty:
We fully stand behind the EmPack and 100% guarantee them against any manufacturing
defects. This can be, but isn’t limited to improper bonding/sewing, buckle malfunctions, delamination, etc. Your EmPack will be either repaired or replaced (whichever is applicable) at no cost to you. If applicable we will cover the cost of shipping both ways. Please email our team as soon as possible with pictures of your EmPack along with the description(s) of the issue and we will respond within 24 hours.

Repairs:
If your EmPack is damaged, we are more than happy to have it repaired but cost will be determined upon receipt. You will be responsible for shipping to and from the manufacturer. Please note that all turnaround time for repairs is approximately 1 -2 weeks. To see if your EmPack is eligible for repair please email us with pictures of your EmPack along with the description(s) of the issue and we will respond within 24 hours.

Returns:
If you wish to return your EmPack (which we REALLY hope you don’t because it is awesome!) please email our team as soon as possible with reason for return and pictures (front and back) of your EmPack. We will gladly accept any EmPacks that are clean and unused within 60 days of your date of purchase. We ask that you cover the cost of shipping, and as soon as your EmPack is received a refund will be issued.

Exchanges:
Want to exchange your EmPack for a different one? No problem. Email our support team as soon as possible letting them know that you would like to exchange your current EmPack. We ask that you pay for shipping to return the EmPack but we are happy to ship your new one at no cost to you.
